Only a parent can truly appreciate the vital mix of ingredients that combine to create the very best childcare. The environment, the staff, and the activities are all equally important and deserving of the very highest attention to detail.
Parents are not only our clients, but they are also our partners, and therefore have a strong input. In an effort to ensure the needs of our families are being met, as well as to expand upon our curriculum, we welcome parents’ comments and consult on a regular basis about how the childcare is organized and the service our specialized dayhome model offers.
Our endorsed providers always encourage parents to phone or visit their dayhome(s) or meet anytime with a member of the Von Premium Dayhome Network. All endorsed programs have an open door policy for registered parents.
When you come to pick up your child, the Program Director will tell you all about his/her daily activities and achievements. We encourage you to look through your child’s records whenever you wish.
